Heat Drew first blood but Raptors respond in Kind
At the time they weren’t online betting favorites (the tables have turned, though), so it was a surprise when the Miami Heat figuratively drew first blood by winning game 1 of their series versus the Raptors at Toronto. Who would have thought, thought, that the Raptors would draw literal blood in game2? It was an accident, of course – DeMar DeRozan brought his elbow up and busted Goran Dragic lip. Or maybe it was Dragic who brought his head down in the way of DeRozan’s elbow; he does have a weird tendency to get his front tooth knocked out – the string and doorknob method may not be well known in Slovenia.

The only thing more difficult to figure out than Kentucky Derby betting odds are race horses’ names. I remember when I used to tend bar at the Legitimate Businessman's Social Club. One day, Fat Tony asks me to pick a horse for the third race. I didn’t know anything about horse racing, so I says to the guy, I says to him to “eat my shorts.” You know what he said? As predicted, Real Madrid beat yet another English team on their way to their 11th European Cup – this is time it was Manchester City’s turn; after all, Noel Gallagher’s support can only carry you so far. Did they steamrolled them? No. Did they whip them six ways till Sunday? No. Did they blow them to Kingdom Come? Nope. It was a measly aggregate score of 1-0. But winning is winning, whether by an inch or a mile.

Cavaliers massacre Atlanta Hawks, Oakley disses Barkley
