So far in 2018 it has been the Kyle and Kevin Show. Kyle Busch and Kevin Harvick have dominated like nobody else. As has Ford for that matter. And it’s no coincidence that the top two drivers are in blue ovals. It’s been a terrible year for Chevrolet. The Bow Tie Boys have only one win on the season. By far the worst in NASCAR betting. But the big question is if anyone will emerge to challenge the top tandem. There are certainly other contenders. But thus far everyone else has been completely outclassed.

Joey Logano
Joey Logano is in third place but nobody knows it. His consistency has been quiet. While seven time champion Jimmie Johnson is yet to get into high gear. Johnson is in 12th place. And has been shut out of victory lane. Perhaps its being in a Chevy that has been part of his problem. Brad Keselowski is in fourth place. Followed by Clint Bowyer, Martin Truex Jr, and Kurt Busch. Behind them are Denny Hamlin, Ryan Blaney, and Kyle Larson.
Kyle Busch
Kyle Busch leads Harvick by a nose. He has posted four wins on the season. Just two out of his 15 finishes were outside the top ten. And he won three consecutive races earlier this year. Busch was the 2015 NASCAR Cup champion.
Kevin Harvick
Kevin Harvick has won a whopping five races on the year. He also posted three wins in a row this campaign. He then later won two more races in a row. Plus, he was also the winner of the All Star Race for good measure. Harvick won the 2014 NASCAR Cup championship. Only three times has he finished out of the top ten.
Joey Logano
Logano is the quietest third place driver in online sportsbook memory. Hardly anyone has noticed. He is yet to win in 15 starts. But he has finished out of the top ten just twice. Should Busch and or Harvick stumble Logano is in perfect position. While steady and reliable he has shown no dominance.
Brad Keselowski
Brad Keselowski has had an erratic year. At times he looks top tier. But four times he has placed 23rd or worse. And he is winless. The 2012 NASCAR Cup champion still has time to make a run. But cutting down on terrible days is a must.
Martin Truex Jr
Defending champion Martin Truex Jr has a pair of wins on the schedule so far. Setting him back were three finishes of 28th or worse. But Truex will certainly be in the playoff this fall. And with the know how to win the title.
Jimmie Johnson
Johnson is one of those plagued Chevrolet drivers. While he has flirted with getting back in groove he has just two top fives runs all year. And nine races outside the top ten. NASCAR betting bargain hunters will be looking closely at this former machine-like winner.
Matchup to Watch
At this point Harvick and Kyle Busch cannot be denied. Nobody else has shown such NASCAR betting excellence this year. While an alternative may emerge, he is yet to be seen.
