As was mentioned last week NASCAR’s two champions from last year lead the standings. Namely playoff champion Joey Logano and regular season champion Kyle Busch are 1-2. Daytona saw a virtual betting NASCAR miracle with part timer Justin Haley taking the checkers. True, it was a weather battered weekend and shortened race. But Haley will make no apologies nor should he. Subsequently this weekend at Kentucky is a return to normalcy. And with that in mind its likely that the big names will return to the leaderboard. Extending that expectation is name brand dominance of Kentucky.
