Chivas USA and LA Galaxy battle to a Draw on Soccer Betting

In the hard fought MLS soccer betting season wins are of course king, but most teams will take points anywhere they can get them. When these two teams met up over the weekend both soccer bet teams went into the soccer betting game looking for the win and Chivas USA was the book maker’s favorite to get the three points.

The LA Galaxy have been one of the worst teams in the MLS soccer betting this soccer betting season and are clinging to just a one point lead over the bottom-dwelling Real Salt Lake. Not that Chivas is tearing it up either with only eight points compared to LA’s five points, but in the weaker Western conference the team has a lock on third place, two spots ahead of LA.

However, aside from current soccer betting records and the soccer betting standings, there was also much reason to believe that LA could walk away victorious even though they’ve only got one win on the soccer betting season.  LA, for some reason, has dominated the Chivas soccer bet squad in head to head meetings and has won eight of the last eleven soccer betting match ups.  That’s a very impressive record and convincing enough to shift the power into the LA team’s favor.  In the end, neither of the teams won and the score in this soccer bet match-up ended at a 1-1 tie.  Chivas got out of the gates strong, pushing the tempo and opening the scoring in the 35th minute.  A great long ball from Ante Razov got behind the Galaxy’s back line and floated to Galindo who provided some nice footwork and beat the Galaxy keeper for the goal.  It was the Galindo’s fourth goal of the soccer betting season which leads the squad.

But LA came charging back and equalized in the 50th minute of this soccer bet game.  Who else came to the rescue, but Landon Donovan.  A very pretty cross was sent in by midfielder Kevin Harmse, which caught the Chivas defender out of position and fell at Donovan’s feet inside the box.  Donovan nailed it and struck the back of the net to tie the soccer betting game.
