MLS All Star Betting won’t include Clint Mathis

MLS All Star betting will not feature Real Salt Lake midfielder Clint Mathis although it probably should. Soccer All Star coach Dominic Kinnear put a number of his own Houston Dynamo players on the roster and left out Mathis. That is too bad since Mathis could have made a difference in Soccer All Star wagering odds in the match on Wednesday, July 29th against Everton.

Soccer All Star wagering odds stats show that Mathis was leading the league in assists so he should be on the team.  Kinnear took three of his final six picks in Soccer All Star wagering odds and selected three of his own players, goalkeeper Pat Onstad, midfielder Brad Davis and forward Brian Ching.  There is little question that Ching could impact MLS All Star betting but Onstad and Davis probably shouldn’t be on the team.  Houston has five players on the MLS All Star betting roster. Kinnear in his other three Soccer All Star wagering odds selections took Seattle forward Fedy Montero who could definitely impact Soccer All Star wagering odds and Jhon Kennedy Hurtado who is a good defender. Seattle has four players on the team as MLS All Star betting stats show.  That means that Houston and Seattle players make up half of the MLS All Star betting roster.

Real Salt Lake has only two players that could impact MLS All Star betting and that is too bad since the game is on their home field.  Sports betting info shows that Kyle Beckerman and Javier Morales were Commissioners’ Picks so it is nice to see that Real Salt Lake has some players who can impact Soccer All Star wagering odds.

The Soccer All Star wagering odds for the MLS team has Kasey Keller and Pat Onstad as the goalkeepers.  The defenders as MLS All Star betting stats show are Geoff Cameron, Wilman Conde, Jhon Kennedy Hurtado, and Chad Marshall.  The midfielders who could impact Soccer All Star wagering odds are Davy Arnaud, Kyle Beckerman, Cuauhtémoc Blanco, Brad Davis, Stuart Holden, Shalrie Joseph, Freddie Ljungberg and Javier Morales. Online sports betting info tells us that Blanco replaces Dwayne De Rosario who will not play in the match because Toronto is playing in the CONCACAF Champions League the same day.

The MLS All Star game on Wednesday, July 29th should be interesting as Everton faces the MLS All Stars in a match televised on ESPN 2.
