Golf odds show that this year’s tournament will be played at Tesoro Club in Port St. Lucie, Florida with plans to move the tournament to Grand Bahamas Island in the Bahamas in the future.
Golf odds for the Ginn sur Mer Classic at Tesoro will be exciting with Mark Calcavecchia leading the field. The Ginn sur Mer Classic is a new PGA Tour event that replaces the Running Horse Golf Championship that never got off the ground. Online golf betting fans should be aware that the PGA Tour and Ginn Resorts have agreed to a five year deal.
This year’s Ginn sur Mer Classic begins on Thursday, October 25th for fans of online golf betting and concludes on Sunday, October 28th. Fans looking at golf odds should know that the Tesoro Club is a par-72, 7,210-yard Arnold Palmer Design which opened in 2005.
Fan favorite Ken Duke will be part of the golf odds field as will Ginn sponsored players Lucas Glover, Lee Janzen and Brian Gay. Other locals expected in the golf odds field include Mark Calcavecchia, Briny Baird, Olin Browne, Jesper Parnevik and Brett Wetterich. Calcavecchia grew up in Palm Beach County and is the top player in the field and one of the golf odds favorites. He is 13th on the money list this season. Glover was a member of the U.S. Presidents Cup team and said that many of the lower tier players need tournaments like this one, “The guys that are forced to play, that are struggling for their card, they deserve that,” Glover said. “They’re just as much a Tour member as me or Tiger or anybody else. They deserve that buzz.” Calcavecchia and Wetterich will definitely be popular golf odds choices by online golf betting fans this week.
