NBA Betting – Orlando Magic at Chicago Bulls

December 17th, 2020 Live NBA Betting Lines

One of the best matchups in NBA betting on Friday is in Chicago as the Bulls host the Orlando Magic.

The teams are separated by just a game and a half in the Eastern Conference standings.  This should be a good game to make an NBA bet on at Sbg global.

Bulls Revenge?
Early last month it was Carlos Boozer making his Chicago debut and it came against the Magic.  The Bulls were humiliated in that game as they were blown off the court in a 107-78 loss. It is the worst loss of the season for the Bulls as they were outrebounded 44-21. Boozer had just five points and two rebounds in 21 minutes. Chicago has not forgotten that loss and has been pointing to this game for a while.  Orlando is a much different team than they were back in early December as they now have Jason Richardson, Gilbert Arenas and Hedo Turkoglu. The Magic are 14-7 since the big trade that brought them those three players.

Chicago is Still Hot
The Bulls have been playing very well this month and in their last seven games they have only been beaten once and that came by a single point. Derrick Rose is playing at a very high level and even though the Bulls are still without Joakim Noah they are rolling. Chicago is third in the league in defense and now that Boozer is back in the lineup they have improved offensively.

Both Teams Have Good Trends
The Magic are 3-0-1 ATS in their last 4 road games. The Magic are 12-5-1 against the NBA betting line in their last 18 games overall. The Magic are 13-6 ATS in their last 19 vs. NBA Central. The Bulls are 5-2-1 ATS in their last 8 home games.

Bulls Going Under
We mentioned that the Bulls are playing very good defense and that has meant their games going under so that the total may be worth an NBA bet.  They have gone under the total in their last five games overall.  The Under is 8-2 in the Bulls last 10 vs. the Southeast. In this series against Orlando, the Under is 4-1 in the last 5 meetings and the Under is 11-5 in the last 16 meetings in Chicago.
