NBA Betting – New York at San Antonio on ESPN.  The San Antonio Spurs are favored in NBA betting as they host the New York Knicks on Friday night.  The Spurs have the best record in the NBA and have only suffered six losses this season but one of those losses came at New York against the Knicks.  You can make an NBA bet on this game at Sbg global.

The Knicks won against the Spurs in New York a few weeks ago by a score of 128-115.  The Knicks really haven’t played that well since that time losing five of their last seven games.  This could be a revenge game for the Spurs since they lost to New York but it is not like these two teams are rivals.  The Knicks have not won in San Antonio since 2003.

New York Four Game Losing Streak
The Knicks seem to have hit the wall. They have lost four straight games overall including Wednesday night in Houston.  The Knicks are still over .500 on the season though at 22-19 and they have one of the best players in the league in Amare Stoudemire.

Knicks are Distracted
New York seems to be back in the running for Carmelo Anthony and the team is playing like they are distracted.  New Jersey pulled out of the running for Carmelo so it appears that New York is back in the race. The players are saying that they are not thinking about the trade rumors but they are not playing like it.  New York owner Donnie Walsh has not said much but indications are that he is considering an Anthony deal.  New York needs another scorer behind Stoudemire. He is doing his part but not getting much help.  On Wednesday it was Raymond Felton going 5-for-14 and he is now 10-for-41 shooting the ball in his last three games.  Wilson Chandler was just 4-for-13.  Stoudemire has scored at least 20 points in 26 straight games but he doesn’t get enough support. Carmelo Anthony would change that.
