Sacramento Kings at Portland Basketball Betting. Basketball betting on the Portland Trail Blazers has not been as successful this season as in past years, mainly because the Blazers have been dealing with injuries.

Portland heads back home on Tuesday to face the Sacramento Kings in NBA betting. Basketball betting does favor the Blazers on Tuesday in the matchup against Sacramento. The Blazers are coming off a 1-3 road trip that included a double overtime loss to Milwaukee on Saturday.  LaMarcus Aldridge scored a season-high 31 points but the Blazers still lost. “We were just trying to hold on to it,” Aldridge said. “We knew everybody was getting tired. They just made more plays and that was the game.” Brandon Roy had 23 points but missed a lot of shots including one that would have won the game in the first overtime. The Blazers have struggled in basketball betting without injured players Rudy Fernandez, Greg Oden, Nicolas Batum, and Travis Outlaw. Portland has been better at home though in NBA betting as they have won seven of nine outright.

Portland swept the season series against the Kings last year for the first time since the 1999-2000 season.  This year the Kings are a much improved team as they are only two games below .500 at 10-12.  They routed Minnesota 12-100 on Saturday in basketball betting.  Coach Paul Westphal has made a huge difference with the Kings this basketball betting season.  Jason Thompson had 23 points and 12 rebounds on Saturday while Tyreke Evans had 18 points.  Sacramento has struggled on the road this season, having lost six straight. They have covered the spread though on the road for the most part this NBA betting season. The Kings are 6-1 vs. the basketball betting line in their last 7 road games. They have also played well vs. the Northwest Division of late, going 4-1 in basketball betting in their last 5. The Kings are 4-1 ATS in the last 5 basketball betting meetings in Portland.

Portland is 5-1 in basketball betting in their last 6 vs. the Pacific Division.  The Trail Blazers are 2-7 ATS in their last 9 games overall and they are 0-4 in basketball betting in their last 4 home games.

Six of the last eight Portland games have gone over in basketball betting but nine of their last thirteen at home have gone under. Five of the last six in this series have gone under in NBA betting when played in Portland.
