Coach John Calipari was once celebrated as the king of one and done. Now his Wildcats program is simply done. It has been a stunning collapse of the UK program that has dominated the SEC for over a decade. Instead, the greatest football factory in collegiate sports boasts the SEC’s top team. Alabama has been a juggernaut with the College Basketball odds this year.

Alabama Crimson Tide (20-6 SU, 14-11-1 ATS, 12-14 O/U)
First place and the SEC regular-season title went to the Crimson Tide. Alabama ranks 36th out of 350 teams for scoring offense. The only worry is that the Tide has become too popular on the board. A flood of casual money has drained their online betting value down the stretch. To illuminate, Alabama has paid in only three of their last eight games. A defense ranked 173rd has often left the back door open. Guard Jaden Shackelford leads the Tide with 14.5 points per game.
Arkansas Razorbacks (20-5 SU, 16-7-1 ATS, 13-10-1 O/U)
Late on, the Razorbacks are on fire with nine covers in ten games. Arkansas ranks 7th in the nation for scoring offense. Like Alabama, the Hogs defense is no great shakes. Arkansas ranks 184th for points allowed. Thus, it the necessary to outscore opponents. Guard Moses Moddy averages 17 points per game.
LSU Tigers (15-8 SU, 9-13-1 ATS, 13-9-1 O/U)
Also finishing strong has been the Bayou Bengals. LSU has lost only two of their last six games to the spread. In like manner to Alabama and Arkansas, LSU ranks tenth in the nation for scoring. Defensively, the Tigers rank 285th in the country. Guard Cameron Thomas leads with 22.8 points per game.
Florida Gators (13-7 SU, 10-10 ATS, 9-10-1 O/U)
On the whole, Florida frustrates gamblers like few other teams. The Gators lack a real, identifiable strength with the College basketball odds. Florida has covered only two of their last seven games. Namely, guard Tre Mann averages 15 points per game.
Tennessee Volunteers (16-7 SU, 11-11-1 ATS, 10-13 O/U)
Consider that Tennessee was ranked as high as sixth earlier in the season. Coach Rick Barnes has a team in freefall with just one cover in their last six games. Counter to the top SEC teams, UT ranks 25th for points allowed. But a plodding offense ranked 145th hasn’t kept pace.
Missouri Tigers (15-7 SU, 12-10 ATS, 12-7-3 O/U)
Yet another roller coaster team is the Tigers. Mizzou has dropped four of their last six to the spread. Cause by a 68-65 win over Alabama does Missouri rate respect. Metrics of 116th for scoring and 215th for points allowed are not championship level.
Kentucky Wildcats (8-15 SU, 6-15-2 ATS, 9-13-1 O/U)
Fashion UK has covered only one of their last nine games. Kentucky ranks 232nd for scoring and 182nd for points allowed. Talk about rock bottom! It will be an interesting offseason in Lexington. Hopes for an SEC Tournament bail outrun aren’t realistic.
