Gonzaga at Santa Clara NCAA Basketball Betting

NCAA basketball betting includes an interesting West Coast Conference matchup late on Thursday night as Santa Clara hosts 13th ranked Gonzaga. Those making a college basketball bet can watch this game on ESPN 2. NCAA basketball betting has seen Gonzaga win a lot in the West Coast Conference.  In fact, the Bulldogs will be going for their 22nd straight conference win on Thursday night.  Gonzaga is coming off an 85-69 win over Loyola Marymount on Saturday. Freshman Elias Harris had 22 points, his fourth straight game with at least 20 points. “It’s amazing how easy he seems to get to 20 points and 10 rebounds,” junior Steven Gray said, “It seems like he can score at will. He’s a huge part of this team’s success.” Gray had 18 points in the win while Matt Bouldin had 19.

The Bulldogs will try and continue their dominance of Santa Clara.  They haven’t lost at Santa Clara since February of 2001.  Last year the Bulldogs won 81-73 in a very ugly game that had fans throwing debris on the court.

Santa Clara will be ready to Thursday’s game since it is on ESPN 2 and because the Bulldogs are highly ranked. “It’s going to be a war with Gonzaga,” Broncos coach Kerry Keating said, “It has been at home the last two years and we hope we’ll be ready.”

Gonzaga has won 20 of their last 21 against Santa Clara.  The last college basketball bet game between the two was in the WCC semifinals a year ago when the Bulldogs blew away Santa Clara by a score of 94-59.  That college basketball bet result could happen again if Santa Clara doesn’t play better. They are seventh in the WCC in scoring.  They are coming off an NCAA basketball betting win over San Francisco on Saturday though as Marc Trasolini had a career-high 26 points.

Gonzaga has a lot of positive NCAA basketball betting numbers for this game. The Bulldogs are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 road games. The Bulldogs are 6-2 in NCAA basketball betting in their last 8 games overall.

Looking at the NCAA basketball betting total we see that 22 of the last 27 Gonzaga games have gone over for those making a college basketball bet. This has been a series between Gonzaga and Santa Clara that has seen a lot of overs.  15 of the last 17 have gone over the NCAA basketball betting number.
