Thanksgiving Day offers college football fans something to be thankful for. The Mountain West Conference will save Turkey Day with a College Football betting doubleheader. First Air Force will host Colorado State. And then Utah State hosts New Mexico in the nightcap. So far the Air Force has been disappointing. Still, their option offense terrifies opponents. Air Force coach Troy Calhoun is in his 14th season. In turn, he was a quarterback at the Academy from 1985 through 1988. Calhoun has a 99-71 career record. And has won a division title for the Falcons. In 2007 he was the Mountain West coach of the year. Last year the Falcons went 11-2 and won the Cheez-It Bowl. It was one of the greatest seasons in Academy history.
