The Season for Stanford – You can really say that the next three weeks will determine Stanford’s season. They go to Notre Dame, to 5th ranked Oregon and then host #20 USC.
Irish Eyes Not Smiling – Notre Dame beat Purdue in their season opener but then lost to Michigan by four and Michigan State in overtime. Notre Dame can score, they just can’t stop anyone. If the Irish had a little bit of luck they could be 3-0. Instead they are 1-2 and in serious danger of starting 1-3.
Saturday’s game – Stanford has not won at Notre Dame since 1992 but they really look to be the better team this week. The Irish can’t stop the run but then again they can’t stop the pass either.
