The NC QB M. Williams has had much publicity as 1 of the top QB’s in College Football, but the Senior QB in the ACC is 1 of the top passers, and is also a great scrambler. Yes, he is No. 8 in rushing yardage and has scored some 10 touchdowns running the ball this season, which in both categories he has outdone the Tiger’s QB M. Williams and a Heisman candidate in 2015.
Also the Tar Heels RB E. Hood has had a better season than the Tiger’s RB W. Gallman as Hood has average 107 yards each game rushing and is 2nd in the ACC with 16 touchdowns. On defense the Tar Heels probably won’t slow the Tigers considerably, but on offense they can hold their won, and even might outlast Clemson to pull off an upset.

Gallman have combined for 1,145 yards rushing with 9 touchdowns this season, and should do well against a weak run defense of the Tar Heels who have allowed opponents some 210 yards each game rushing which out of 128 teams ranks them at 106th. In their ultimate 9 games with the Tar Heels they are with 7 wins and 2 losses straight up.
The sportsbook prediction for this ACC Title game is that in the QB duel for this game the Clemson QB out does the Tar Heels QB offensively, thus the Tigers cover the spread and be North Carolina 38-31.
