Owner Jerry Jones, age 81, is eager to gain one last Lombardi Trophy. However, Jones has a team that is never quite complete.
Of course, San Francisco is certainly the team to beat in the NFC West. General manager John Lynch and head coach Kyle Shanahan have proven to be a highly effective leadership tandem.
