Week two begins with the first Prime Video game of the year and it is a good one from the AFC East. To show, the Miami Dolphins will host the Buffalo Bills in an AFC East Division showdown of top contenders. Miami was a hot NFL odds property for most of the 2023 season. But Miami was shut down in the sub-zero cold of Kansas City by the Chiefs in the AFC Playoffs. The game was a reminder that the Dolphins remain a soft team. Miami is unproven for a serious run at the AFC title.

NFL Week 2 Overview
Last season, the Bills overtook Miami for the AFC East Division title on the final day of the regular season. The Dolphins were caught napping. It was the fourth consecutive AFC East title for Buffalo. Gamblers view the Dolphins and Bills as the two best teams in the AFC East. Prime Video views the matchup as one of the best of the season. In the late window on Sunday, the Denver Broncos will host the Pittsburgh Steelers on CBS. Namely, Russell Wilson returns to Denver, where he spent two miserable years as the Broncos failed QB. Initially, Wilson was greeted as the team’s savior.
Denver head coach Sean Payton has 2024 first-round draft pick Bo Nix out of Oregon atop his QB depth chart. In turn, Payton sees Nix as a new version of Drew Brees.
Also, in the late afternoon window on Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs will host the Cincinnati Bengals. This is a matchup of two top NFL betting odds contenders in the AFC. Kansas City and Cincinnati have a rivalry that is one of the NFL’s best.
These rivals lit up when the Bengals upset the Chiefs in the 2021 AFC Playoffs at Arrowhead Stadium. To illuminate, Houston QB CJ Stroud has transformed the Texans into an AFC title contender. Meanwhile, 2024 NFL Draft first overall pick Caleb Willaims will be taking the field for Chicago.
