The San Francisco 49ers will visit the Seattle Seahawks to kick off Week 6 on Thursday night on Prime Video. Seattle will be an interesting team to observe. New head coach Mike Macdonald replaced Pete Carroll, who was forced out after a stellar career. Macdonald, age 36, is roughly half the age of Carroll. However, he brings an impressive NFL odds resume. Previously, he was the former defensive coordinator of the Baltimore Ravens and Michigan Wolverines. He reported to Jim and John Harbaugh. Of course, the Harbaughs are among the best and most respected coaches in the business.

NFL Week 6 Schedule Overview
Macdonald brings instant offshore betting credibility. Despite being a rookie NFL HC. Also, Kyle Shanahan is firmly established as one of the best head coaches in the NFL. He has transformed the 49ers and has proven astute in helping make Brock Purdy into a superstar.
In the late Sunday afternoon window, the top game is between the Dallas Cowboys and the visiting Detroit. The matchup could be a potential playoff preview in the NFC. Detroit has been transformed under the leadership of head coach Dan Campbell. Consider that Campbell is masterful at combining a tough guy persona with a player’s coach touch.
Last year, Detroit made it to the NFC championship. Next, they had an impressive offseason fine-tuning its roster for a serious run at the Super Bowl. At the same time, quarterback Jared Goff has regained his career credibility with the Lions.
Dak Prescott has lost some NFL betting odds credibility in recent years with the Cowboys. Since signing a huge contract in 2021, Prescott has been inconsistent and a poor playoff performer. This year is his option season on the contract, so perhaps Scheffler will play with more focus. Head coach Mike McCarthy certainly hopes that Prescott will show improved play. Correlate that McCarthy is on the hot seat in large part because of Prescott’s playoff failures.
The New York Giants will host the Cincinnati Bengals on NBC Sunday Night Football. The Bengals are a hot future market property with the return of Joe Burrow as QB. Last year, Burrow was out for the final weeks of the season, costing the Bengals a spot in the playoffs. Cincinnati believes they are still a Super Bowl contender if Burrow is in the lineup.
Meanwhile, Giants head coach Brian Daboll went from a hero to zero last year. In 2022, Daboll led Big Blue to a playoff win. But last year, all that goodwill was lost, and then some. Daniel Jones will be under immediate fire at QB.
