Super Bowl LV SBG Odds Overview
On the whole, coaches Andy Reid and Bruce Arians are significant sportsbook factors. In the eyes of gamblers, Reid has gone from a postseason pariah to a trusted sage. Arians earned public betting respect from his days in Arizona. So too has Arians won coverts in transforming the Bucs from a clown show to a Super Bowl. Overall, Reid will draw more betting handle than Arians will produce. But neither coach is seen as a liability. Fickle public betting believes Reid is the most outstanding offensive mind in the game. Not that long ago, they bet against “Big Red.”
Andy Reid – Head Coach of the Kansas City Chiefs
My, what a difference a year makes. Last year at this time, Andy Reid owned a Super Bowl betting reputation for playoff failures. Reid was properly acknowledged for perpetually producing playoff teams. At the same time, he was ripped for not winning the Super Bowl. During his long tenure at Philadelphia, Reid led the Eagles to the playoffs nine times. That includes a total of five NFC championship game appearances. Yet Reid could produce just one Super Bowl team out of those five chances. Philadelphia lost that one Super Bowl they made. Ironically enough, it was against Tom Brady and the Patriots.
Following his firing at Philadelphia, Reid was hired immediately by the Chiefs. Kansas City went 2-14 the year before Reid arrived. They went 11-5 and made the playoffs the very next year with Reid at the helm. Overall, Reid has a .711 win percentage with the Chiefs. Reid has led Kansas City to the playoffs in seven of his eight seasons. Last year he finally exercised all of his demons by winning the Super Bowl. It was the first Super Bowl championship for the Chiefs in 50 years.
Fashion that Reid is getting more creative at age 62. Since 1999, he has been an NFL head coach every year. Yet today, he creates play designs so fancy that long time observers rave in amazement.
Bruce Arians- Head Coach of the Arizona Cardinals
Specifically, Bruce Arians earned one of the greatest ever compliments for an NFL coach. Tom Brady entrusted Arians to coach him after spending his entire career with Bill Belichick at New England. Arians’ run at Arizona is a stunning statement of his ability. To illuminate, he went 49-30-1 and led the Cardinals to two playoff appearances. Following that, he left Arizona on his own terms. Now he is only the second man to win the NFC championship at Tampa Bay.
