Atlanta Falcons at Tampa Bay NFL Bet

NFL bet on Sunday has the Tampa Bay Buccaneers hosting the Atlanta Falcons in the season finale for both teams. The Falcons were hoping to make the playoffs again this season but injuries cost them any chance at the playoffs. On the other side, the Buccaneers have played well the past couple of weeks and could get some attention from those that bet on football in this game. NFL bet action last week had the Falcons routing the Bills 31-3 as Matt Ryan threw three TD passes. The Atlanta defense held Buffalo to 178 total yards in the NFL bet win.

“I think for the second straight week I felt like our defense played very solid,” said Falcons coach Mike Smith. Atlanta will not be making the playoffs but if they get an NFL bet win over Tampa Bay they will finish with back-to-back winning records for the first time in franchise history. “When it comes to the playoffs and making the postseason, things didn’t go as well as planned, but we can still finish with a winning season,” said linebacker Mike Peterson. “I’m sure the fans and the organization can be very happy about that.” Last week the Falcons got a 250 yard game from quarterback Matt Ryan in the NFL bet victory. Ryan is now 13-1 at home in his career. Roddy White had eight catches for 139 yards and two touchdowns as NFL bet stats noted.

The Bucs would not normally be getting much attention from those people that make an NFL bet but in recent weeks Tampa has played well. They shocked the New Orleans Saints on the road last week for those that bet on football, winning 20-17 in overtime. Carnell Williams had 129 yards and a score, and Connor Barth kicked a 47-yard field goal in overtime to give Tampa Bay the bet on football win. The Bucs got a 23-yard TD run from Williams and a 77-yard punt return from Michael Spurlock as NFL bet stats showed. The Bucs were able to survive a last second field goal attempt by New Orleans kicker Garrett Hartley that went wide left. The Bucs won the coin toss in overtime and went down the field for the winning kick. The Bucs defense shutout the Saints in the second half of that NFL bet decision. NFL bet stats show that Tampa Bay’s Kellen Winslow had four catches for 76 yards.

Tampa Bay has won 6 of the last 10 in this NFL bet series and they have covered the spread in 7 of the last 10. The last three meetings have gone under the bet on football total.
