On the whole, it is hard to find a more inept and star-crossed franchise than the Lions. Detroit continues to top itself as far as finding new ways to lose. Defensively the Lions are among the worst in the NFL. And that has laid a relatively productive offense to waste. Counter to that is a Bears team that is taking a big step back after a breakthrough 2018. Chicago has suffered an alarming drop in betting on NFL Offensive production. Opposite of the Lions the Bears have wasted a strong defensive effort. 2018’s playoff season is a distant memory.
