Browns at Ravens SBG Odds Overview

Baltimore is the more appealing sportsbook brand in this matchup. In comparison, the Browns have burned gamblers badly in the early going. Wise Guys may consider the Browns based on contrarian thinking. Sharps know the casual sector is fed up with Cleveland. Squares will lean heavily on the Ravens. Cause by a reaction to the poor play of the Browns. And the more appealing Baltimore brand.

Cleveland Browns Team Overview

Last game, the Cleveland Browns lost 38-15 against the New England Patriots as 2.5-point home favorites. The game went over the total of 43. Cleveland has a record of 2-4 straight up, 2-4 against the spread, and 5-1 over/under the total.

Now, the Browns have a 3-game losing streak for just the second time under head coach Kevin Stefanski. Cleveland’s offense never found a rhythm. And the Browns settled for just one touchdown and three field goals. Meanwhile, the Patriots benefitted from a big day from rookie QB Bailey Zappe. Zappe completed 24-of-34 passes for 309 yards and two touchdowns.

On the other hand, Browns QB Jacoby Brissett couldn’t find similar stretches of consistency. Previously, he powered the offense to stay afloat in the season’s first five games. Brissett completed 21-of-45 attempts for 266 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions. His 54.5 passer rating was his lowest in a game this season.

Baltimore Ravens Team Overview

Last game, the Baltimore Ravens lost 24-20 against the New York Giants as 5.5-point road favorites. The game went under the total of 46. Baltimore has a record of 3-3 straight up, 2-3-1 against the spread, and 2-4 over/under the total.

Early in the fourth quarter, Lamar Jackson found tight end Mark Andrews in the end zone for a 12-yard touchdown, extending the Ravens’ lead to 20-10. But twice this season, the Ravens had already lost after taking big leads in the fourth quarter. Concurrently, by the game’s end, they tallied a third.

Certainly, Jackson’s fourth-quarter interception was a huge turning point in Sunday’s defeat. Holding a 20-17 lead with just over three minutes to play, the Ravens disintegrated with a series of errors. On third-and-one, a penalty for illegal formation nullified a first-down run by Jackson.

And then, on the next play, Jackson said that center Tyler Linderbaum snapped the ball to Jackson before he anticipated it. The snap eluded Jackson, and after he retrieved the loose ball, Jackson launched an ill-advised pass intercepted by Jordan Love. That set up the Giants’ go-ahead touchdown.
