NFL bet favors Denver on the road on Sunday as they face the Kansas City Chiefs. The Broncos got a big win last week for those that bet on football as they routed the Denver Broncos on Thursday. The Chiefs on the other side were routed at San Diego 43-14. NFL bet has Denver a 4.5 point favorite with a total of 37.5. The Broncos come into this NFL bet matchup at 7-4 and in good shape to make the playoffs as a Wild Card if they play like they did a week ago against New York. Brian Dawkins led an inspired defense and Kyle Orton played well and the Broncos routed the Giants. It was a huge NFL bet win for the Broncos since they had lost four straight. Head coach Josh McDaniels had his team inspired and ready to play in the bet on football matchup. There is no question that Denver was emotionally fired up. “I think when you get it channeled in the right direction it can be a positive,” McDaniels said. “It sometimes can go in a wrong direction. But I’m happy that I have those guys in the locker room with us every week. I love to go to work. I love to coach them. We have a lot of fun doing what we do.”
Kansas City laid an egg for those that bet on football last week as they were routed in San Diego. That was just a week removed from their upset of Pittsburgh so it is hard to know what to expect from the Chiefs in NFL bet games. Kansas City turned the ball over multiple times and was never in the NFL bet loss to San Diego. “You can’t give a good team that’s playing really well right now 28 points off turnovers,” quarterback Matt Cassel said.
Denver has won six of the last ten games against Kansas City outright but the Chiefs are 6-4 against the NFL bet odds. This is the first of two NFL bet meetings between the teams this season. Last year each team won at home but Kansas City covered the NFL bet spread in both games. The Broncos won 24-17 in Denver while the Chiefs won 33-19 in Kansas City. The Chiefs have won and covered four of the last five NFL bet games at home against Denver and traditionally have done very well at Arrowhead against the Broncos.
Three of the last four in this NFL bet series have gone over the bet on football total.
