NFL Betting – 2010 Season Predictions

The 2010 NFL season is set to go and before Week 1 starts we want to look at some NFL betting predictions for the season. When you make an NFL bet there are a number of things to consider, including how teams should perform this season.  Here are the 2010 NFL fearless predictions.

AFC East – Let’s begin with the AFC and start in the East. The world is in love with the New York Jets and while they will have a good year we will predict that Miami will surprise and win the division going 11-5. The Jets and Patriots will battle for the Wild Card with the Jets prevailing.  The Bills will finish in last place.

AFC North – This division should be all about the Baltimore Ravens. They made a number of off-season moves including getting wide receiver Anquan Boldin. The Ravens should win 11 or 12 games and win the division.  Pittsburgh and Cincinnati will battle for second while Cleveland will finish last although they will be improved.

AFC South – You pick the Colts when making an NFL bet until proven wrong.  The Colts win this division every year so why will this year be any different?  They should win 12 games again.  Houston is the trendy pick for second but don’t count out Tennessee. The Titans are the pick here for second with the Texans failing again and finishing third.  Jacksonville will be fourth and Del Rio could be gone.

AFC West – The AFC West has been ruled by the San Diego Chargers and they should win this division again although it won’t be easy.  Kansas City and Denver will challenge the Chargers this season and even the Oakland Raiders won’t be a disgrace.

NFC East – Flip a coin and see if it comes up your way.  Let’s go with the Giants to bounce back and win the division ahead of Dallas, Philly and Washington.

NFC North – The Packers are the pick by many at SBG to win the NFC and no argument here. They are loaded and Minnesota has question marks as does Chicago. Don’t be surprised to see Detroit steal some games this season.

NFC South – If history holds true then the Atlanta Falcons should win this division since teams don’t repeat in the NFC South. The Saints are good though and should make the playoffs with the Panthers and Bucs missing out.

NFC West – This is San Francisco’s division to win but the entire division is weak. Arizona won’t be as bad as people think in NFL betting and they could win this division with Seattle and St. Louis missing out.
