NFL Football – Giants vs Bills – Week # 4

Continuing with NFL 2015-16 Regular Season Week 4 games we preview what should be another game that brings the fans a lot of action as the Giants of New York 1-2 of the NFC East playing at the Bills of Buffalo 2-1 of the AFC East with the game being played on Sunday the 4th of October 2015 at the Ralph Wilson Stadium in Buffalo, New York with the kick-off scheduled for 1:05 PM ET and can be seen on FOX TV.

The opening odds at SBG sportsbook for those that Bet on NFL football have the Bills of Buffalo favorites at -6 ½ with the Over/under at 46 ½ and -265 on the Money Line, with the underdog Giants at +6 ½ and +225 on the ML.

It appears the Giants have overcome their 4th quarter problems of their 1st 2 games as they easily beat the Redskins of Washington in game 3 at 32-21, and now seek to set their record at 2-2 with a win at Buffalo on Sunday.

For the Giants of New York fans, your team was able to get their 1st win of this 2015 season with a strong win on Thursday Night Football over the Redskins. It was a great comeback after 2 tough defeats in their 1st 2 games to the Cowboys of Dallas and the Falcons of Atlanta. The team was led by QB E. Manning who passed for 2 TD’s and completed 23 of his 32 passing attempts for some 280 yards. His 2 receivers each had a TD with R. Randle having 116 yards on receptions, while O. Beckham had 79 yards in receptions.

For the Giants to beat the Bills, their receivers will again need top performance, as the Giants are 14th in the NFL in passing yards with 254 yards passing in each 3 games. That plus the secondary of the Bills have not played well to date this season, as they have allowed some 327 yards each game via the pass, and that turns out in the NFL to be 2nd worst. The Giants are hoping the star receiver V. Cruz will finally return to the lineup after a serious injury suffered in 2014. The Giants in their ultimate 10 road games are straight up 4 and 6.

If you’re a fan and bet on the Bills of Buffalo, you know your team won the 1st game over the Colts, then lost the second to the undefeated Patriots, then this past Sunday recorded their 2nd victory with a strong win over the Dolphins of Miami at their home Sun Life Stadium 41-14. It was a great comeback win for Buffalo after that 40-32 loss to New England in their 2nd game of the season. The Bills QB T. Taylor was the star in this game as he passed for 3 TD’s and 278 yards in the game and ended the game with a 137.2 QB rating, quite impressive.

Buffalo now seeks to record a victory over the Giants and set their record at 3-1 in Sunday’s game. To do that, they need a continued defensive effort as they played against the Dolphins, forcing Miami’s QB R. Tannehill to pass for 3 interceptions that were costly for the Dolphins, and he finished the game with a poor 5936 QB rating.

The Giants offensively have a concern with RB L. McCoy who has struggled with ham-string injuries and last week he had 11 carries for just 16 yards, but thanks to rookie RB K. Williams who stepped in and 12 carries for some 112 yards and a 41 yard TD run in the 4th quarter of the game.

This will not be and easy game for the Bills coming up against the Giants defensive line that has played very well to date, as they have given up to opponents only an average of 74.8 yards per game on the ground to date, and that ranks 2nd in the NFL for 2015. But in their passing defense, that’s another story as they supposedly have the worst passing defense in the NFL, as they have allowed their opponents in 3 games this season, some 336 yards in each game to date. The Bills in their ultimate 10 games at home they are with 6 wins and 4 losses straight up.

The prediction for this game finds that the Bills of Buffalo will defeat the Giants of New York with the final score being Bills 21 and Giants 14.
