NFL Playoffs Odds – Small Odds on Saturday, Big Odds on Sunday

NFL Playoffs Odds – Small Odds on Saturday, Big Odds on Sunday.  There are eight teams remaining in NFL playoffs odds with four playing on Saturday and four playing on Sunday. The two games on Saturday have odds of a field goal or less while the games on Sunday have NFL playoffs betting odds of a touchdown or more.

Saturday, January 15th
Baltimore Ravens at Pittsburgh Steelers
Steelers -3, total 37
The Ravens and Steelers have played twice already this season with each team winning by a field goal on the road.  That might give the Ravens some confidence but it is worth noting that when the Ravens beat the Steelers in Pittsburgh earlier this season, Pittsburgh quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was out due to suspension.  And when Roethlisberger plays, the Steelers don’t lose against the Ravens.

Green Bay Packers at Atlanta Falcons
Falcons -2.5, total 45
This game has the smallest pointspread of the four games this weekend.  The Falcons are favored at home but the Packers are getting a lot of support from gamblers as this line opened up at three points.  It could go lower by game time as people believe that Aaron Rodgers and the Packers are the team to beat in the NFC.  The Falcons are the top seed in the NFC and they were beaten just once at home this season.

Sunday, January 16th
Seattle Seahawks at Chicago Bears
Bears -10, total 41
This number is the highest of the four games this weekend in NFL playoffs odds.  The Seahawks are still not getting any respect even though they eliminated New Orleans last week.  The Seahawks actually won at Chicago earlier this season so they have the confidence they can win at Soldier Field.  Chicago is playing much better now than they were earlier in the season when they lost to the Seahawks.

New York Jets at New England Patriots
Patriots -8.5, total 45
This is the final game of the weekend and a matchup between two teams that know each other very well. The Patriots are the favorites to win the Super Bowl but one of the two teams to beat New England this season was the Jets. Each team won their home game against the other but most people just remember what the Patriots did last month against New York, winning 45-3.
