NFL Wagering Online – Packers at Bears in NFC Championship

NFL Wagering Online – Packers at Bears in NFC Championship.  The Green Bay Packers are favored in NFL wagering online at the Chicago Bears in Sunday’s NFC Championship game.  The winner will get a berth in Super Bowl XLV.  The game will be played at Soldier Field but gamblers continue to take the Packers with their NFL bet as the odds at Sbg global.com on this game have risen to 3.5.

Packers Getting Pounded
The public simply can’t get enough of the Packers. The oddsmakers made Green Bay the favorite in this game even though they are on the road but the public doesn’t care. They continue to bet Green Bay. The latest number has the Packers as 3.5 point favorites.  The total on the game is listed at 43.5.  Green Bay has won two straight road games against Philadelphia and Atlanta and now they will try and make it three straight on the road.

Aaron Rodgers
One of the big reasons everyone is in love with the Packers is Aaron Rodgers. He is playing at a very high level and last week against Atlanta he was nearly perfect as he threw for 366 yards and three touchdowns.  He was almost as good the previous week vs. the Eagles.  Last week against Atlanta Rodgers was 10-for-10 on third down and he continually scrambled out of pressure.  The Packers offense has appeared unstoppable lately but you should remember that just a few weeks ago the Bears held this Green Bay offense to just 10 points.  And it is not like Philadelphia or Atlanta has a great defense.

Bears Getting No Respect
When was the last time you saw a #2 seed at home in the NFL playoffs as more than a field goal underdog in NFL wagering online against a #6 seed?  I can’t remember it ever having happened.   Chicago has had an excellent season and is very good on both sides of the ball but no one seems to care as Green Bay is getting all the betting action.  Chicago beat Green Bay at Soldier Field earlier this season as Jay Cutler threw for 316 yards with a touchdown pass and an interception.

Green Bay and Chicago have met 181 times in their long history but this is on their second meeting in the playoffs. The other meeting was way back in 1941 as the Bears routed the Packers.
