NHL Betting Friday Game and Odds – Dallas at Calgary. The Dallas Stars will try and get a road win in NHL betting on Friday as they visit the Calgary Flames. The Stars are in the second half of a back-to-back as they were in Edmonton last night. Dallas has been a good team on the road this season and they should get the bulk of the action in this game from gambler at Sbg global.com making an NHL bet
Stars Leading the Pacific
Dallas continues to lead the Pacific Division. Dallas is playing very well having won four straight heading into last night’s game against Edmonton. The Stars have been excellent on the road this season and they are very capable of winning at Calgary. The Stars play good defense and get just enough offense to win. Dallas is only 12th best in offense so they have very little margin for error. So far this season the Stars are doing a lot right though and they are one of the best teams in the league.
Flames Still Struggling
Calgary has lost their last two games including on Wednesday when they disgraced themselves in a 6-0 home loss to Minnesota. Goaltender Miikka Kiprusoff was terrible and basically booed off the ice by the home fans. It has not been a good season for Kiprusoff and he has taken the brunt of the fury from the Calgary fans. He has been pulled in two of his last eight starts. He should have been pulled on Wednesday but it was obvious that Calgary had no chance to win. Kiprusoff is not the only one that is struggling. Captain Jarome Iginla has done very little this season. The Flames simply have no life and their head coach should have already been fired.
Friday NHL Betting
The Stars are 7-0 in NHL betting in their last 7 road games. The Stars are 9-4 in their last 13 Friday games. Dallas would seem to be the choice in this game with an NHL bet but remember what we said about the Stars playing a back-to-back. Dallas is just 11-27 in their last 38 games playing on no rest. Calgary is 10-4 in their last 14 Friday games. They are 2-6 in their last 8 overall. The Flames are 1-5 in their last 6 vs. the Pacific. In this series, the Stars are 5-1 in the last 6 meetings in Calgary. In regards to the total, the Under is 4-0 in the Stars last 4 vs. the Northwest.
