Making an Online Wager on Week 7 CFL Odds

December 2nd, 2021 Online Wagering

Gamblers can make an online wager on Week 7 CFL odds beginning with Thursday’s game between British Columbia and Saskatchewan. The Lions have struggled to a 1-5 start and they are 8.5 point underdogs in online wagering against the Roughriders. Online wager options in Week 7 continue with Hamilton at Winnipeg on Friday, Montreal at Toronto on Saturday and Edmonton at Calgary on Sunday.

Thursday’s game should be an easy one for Saskatchewan based on the way the Lions are playing.   Saskatchewan will look to run their unbeaten mark at home to 4-0.  They have not played nearly as well on the road but at home they have been superb.  Saskatchewan was beaten again by Montreal last week even though quarterback Darian Durant threw for 445 yards and a pair of touchdowns. The problem for the Roughriders is that Durant threw two interceptions. He should have a lot of success against a B.C. team that is really struggling. Quarterback Casey Printers was injured weeks ago and the offense has been terrible ever since. Travis Lulay is simply not ready to play quarterback. B.C. is expected to go with Jarious Jackson this week at quarterback. Saskatchewan routed B.C. earlier this season 37-18 and another rout could be in store on Thursday night unless Jackson has a big game for B.C.

Friday it is Winnipeg a 3.5 point favorite over Hamilton in online wagering with a total of 54.5. Hamilton has yet to win on the road this season and they could have a difficult time against a Winnipeg team who has owned them in recent games.

Saturday it is Montreal a 7.5 point favorite in online wager CFL odds at Toronto with a total of 53. The Alouettes have won five straight and are getting a lot of respect in CFL odds even on the road. Two weeks ago the Alouettes routed Toronto and the odds makers expect a similar result on Saturday.

Gamblers can make an online wager on Sunday as it is Calgary a 9-point home favorite vs. Edmonton with a total of 52.5.  The Eskimos have just one win on the season and they seem unlikely to get one on Sunday.  Calgary has the best defense in the league and one of the top offensive players in the league in Deon Murphy.
