Conventions and political betting at SBG Global

November 24th, 2021 Presidential Political Betting

The days of summer, aside from being a stellar Al Pacino movie, could also be accurately applied to the political betting process in this August.Almost nothing interesting happens in terms of political betting and political odds during this time. However, with the party conventions scheduled for month end, you can be sure that entire political betting universe will be focused on these events and the political odds machine will receive a huge jump start.

Denver will play host to the Democratic Party convention and this will be the first volley in the political betting frenzy that is set to ensue. And shortly after Minneapolis will play host to the Republican convention which many political odds makers have predicted will be a much more subdued event. Both of these events will be the highlight of the political betting season and the biggest news since the political betting primary season ended.

In Denver the Dems will be looking to put on a massive show that will appeal to as many political betting voters as humanly possible. In a first for a political betting rally, the convention will be held outdoors in a football stadium. The event will also receive much more attention than most political betting conventions. Obama’s campaign has created an almost indescribable frenzy that political betting fans can hardly get enough of. What’s more the announcement of a VP either at the event or just prior will also get plenty of political odds mileage.

McCain and the Republicans have a much stiffer challenge regarding their convention and the political betting public. McCain has had a terrible time trying to generate any type of buzz around his campaign and he’ll be looking for his party’s convention to do this. However, if the Dem’s convention is to be as big as it is claimed to be, it will be an incredible political betting challenge. Not only that, but the popular Ron Paul’s political betting supporters will also host a competing convention at the same time in Minneapolis.

The battle of the political odds conventions should add plenty of attention to the political betting process, but it looks as if that attention will likely benefit Obama much more than McCain.
