Presidential betting takes a back seat on Thursday as Senators John McCain and Barack Obama make a joint appearance in New York in a Presidential forum.
The reason is to mark the seventh anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks. President betting has the two candidates running neck and neck but their views will not be the only focus on Thursday night. The Presidential Forum will be held at Columbia University in New York City and while both candidates will make an appearance, it is not a debate.
One of the questions that will be asked to both Presidential betting candidates will be “What kind of initiatives will you propose in your first few months as a President to help instill the values of service and leadership within the citizens of the United States of America?”
The questions in the Presidential forum will be asked by moderators Judy Woodruff of PBS’s The News Hour and Rick Stengel of Time Magazine. Presidential betting information shows that both McCain and Obama will answer questions tonight about American service.
Presidensl betting information shows that each candidate will spend about an hour at the President Forum but not at the same time. McCain will appear first, followed by Obama. You won’t see any advertising on Thursday according to Presidential betting information.
Both campaigns have said they will not show any ads on the anniversary of 9/11. Presidents betting odds have been moving in the past couple of weeks in the favor of McCain. He got a big bounce out of the Republican convention and got a lot of favorable support because he chose Alaska governor Sarah Palin as his running mate.
Most presidential betting polls now have the race as a dead heat but the momentum is clearly on McCain’s side. The Presidential betting race is definitely starting to attract more attention with the election just over two months away.
Presidential betting odds are likely to be adjusted on a regular basis but the general consensus is that the race will be extremely close.
