Internet sport betting saw France win a very controversial match against Ireland to get into the World Cup and now Ireland officials are calling for a rematch. France’s Thierry Henry obviously handled the ball on the winning goal that gave France the offshore sports betting win. Ireland now wants the Internet sportbetting match to be replayed.

Ireland probably should have been one of the teams but France got the breaks as the referee missed the blatant handball by Henry and an obvious offside. At this point FIFA has said that results cannot be changed after a match. The matter is not over though since many in France feel bad about the way the Internet sportbetting game ended.
Not nearly as bad as those in Ireland though. “I really believe the integrity of the game has been questioned last night,” Football Association of Ireland chief executive John Delaney said. “The governing body of world football have to step up to the plate and accede to our call for a replay. Every time I go to a FIFA congress I hear about fair play and integrity. This was not a league game. This was a defining game with the whole world watching.”
The Internet sportbetting match between Ireland and France was probably headed to a penalty shootout since the aggregate score was tied 1-1. France won though in offshore sports betting when Henry blatantly handled the ball twice and then Gallas scored the game winner in offshore sports betting. “I will be honest, it was a handball. But I’m not the ref,” Henry said. “I played it. The ref allowed it.”
Soccer doesn’t use replays even though the have them available. The handball by Henry was so obvious that everyone saw it. The chances of Ireland getting an offshore sports betting rematch seem remote though. France would have to take a big active role in demanding the rematch and so far that has not happened. The Internet sport betting rematch would have to happen soon if in the unlikely event it happened since on December 4th the draw for next year’s World Cup will be held.
