Online Sports Betting – Joe Paterno Finally Feeling the Heat. The Penn State Nittany Lions are a failure again this season in online sports betting and finally head coach Joe Paterno is starting to get blamed. It is about time people at Penn State woke up to the fact that Paterno has no idea how to coach anymore. Penn State is 3-3 this offshore sports betting college football season and 0-2 in the Big 10.
Loss to Illinois – Paterno has gotten away with a lot in the last decade but he couldn’t hide last week when his team was humiliated at home 33-13 by Illinois. The offense is horrible, the defense isn’t very good and the team is very poorly coached. But that is nothing new. Paterno has been doing a terrible job for the last decade. He should have been fired long, long ago but somehow he has held on. Hopefully it won’t be for much longer.
Paterno Admits Poor Coaching – Paterno himself is even waking up to the fact that he simply can’t get it done anymore. He admitted that he did a poor job in the game against Illinois. He should have admitted that 10 years ago and saved Penn State from being a joke. Penn State has a bye this week before playing a bad Minnesota team next week.
Paterno Hanging On – Although he won’t admit it, Paterno is hanging on to get his 400th career victory. He needs three more wins to get there. As bad as the Nittany Lions are they should beat rotten Minnesota against the college football odds at the Sbg sportsbook. They will probably lose against Michigan and then they could beat Northwestern in offshore sports betting. They will get routed at Ohio State so it could come down to the game at Indiana to see if Paterno gets to 400. They will likely lose their finale against Michigan State in online sports betting. It would serve the university and Paterno if they didn’t win six games this season. Paterno wouldn’t get to 400, the team wouldn’t make a bowl game and they would then have to decide what to do for next season with Paterno one win short of 400. Penn State has not shown the guts to get rid of Paterno but maybe if the Nittany Lions finish with a losing record they will do what should have been done years ago and let the old man go.
