Online Sports Betting – Chase for the Sprint Cup heads to Talladega. Neither Johnson nor Hamlin has had much success at Talladega. Johnson has one win in 17 races at the track while Hamlin has never won in nine tries. For some reason Harvick is getting some action even though he has done nothing at Talladega either. He has only one win in 19 races at the track although it did come earlier this year. Kyle Busch has one win in 11 tries. Stewart has one once in 23 races at Talladega. The driver who has done well at Talladega is Jeff Gordon as he has six wins in 35 starts.
Top Two Spots
The winner of this race normally starts up front. 31 of the 81 races have been one from the top-two starting positions including 13 from the pole. When you bet this race take a long look at either the first or second starter in the grid.
Long shots
This is the one race where a long shot can win. Really anyone can win this restrictor mess. Someone like Matt Kenseth at 28-1 could win. David Reutimann is worth considering at 38-1 in online sports betting.
