Sports Betting Site – Coaches on the Hot Seat in College Hoops

The college hoops season is just about ready to begin with odds up at the sports betting site.We know that Duke is the favorite to win the title again this season in sports betting at Sbgglobal but what we want to look at are five teams who must win to save their coaches’ job.

Texas Tech
It is not easy following a legend and Pat Knight has not gotten the job done at Texas Tech. There is no getting around the rotten job he has done since taking over for his dad, Bobby Knight. This is his third season at Texas Tech and the Red Raiders are not a national power. They are not even in the discussion of a top team in the Big 12. Texas Tech has six seniors this season so anything less than an NCAA tournament big is not going to get it done.  And it may not happen. Knight has not proven he can coach at all.

North Carolina State
The Wolfpack has to win this season and win big or it will be the end for head coach Sidney Lowe. How he has survived this long is a mystery but unless this team makes the NCAA Tournament you can bet Lowe will be gone.  NC State has been awful under Lowe and there is really no reason to believe he will get the job done this season.  See you later Sidney.

Michigan
It is time for John Beilein to win at Michigan. He is a good coach but wins are needed.  His Wolverines have done nothing since he has been there and fans are fed up.  Many at the sports betting site are predicting a last place finish for Michigan this season and if that happens then Beilein is probably gone.

Nebraska
Going 23-41 in Big 12 games and not making the NCAA Tournament is simply not good enough and head coach Doc Sadler is under fire at Nebraska.  It is tough to win at Nebraska since it is a football school but something has to be done if this team finishes near the bottom of the Big 12 again.

George Washington
You would think that Karl Hobbs would not be facing pressure but he is.  George Washington has not won the A-10 since 2006. They have been horrible the past three seasons and fans are restless.  Another poor season and Hobbs could be gone.
