Sports Betting Site – NFL Ratings Soar to New Heights

Sports Betting Site – NFL Ratings Soar to New Heights.  The NFL is back and the people at the sports betting site and around the country are thrilled. In fact, the NFL is getting some of its best television ratings ever.  You might remember that last year’s Super Bowl was the most watched television program ever in the United States.  There has been no letup this season as the sports betting interest in the NFL is at an all-time high.

The best game for the public this week was the one between the Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles. It seemed everyone at the Sbg global sportsbook bet the Packers.  It also seemed that everyone was watching the game.  The Nielsen ratings came in on that game and 28 million people in the U.S. watched the game on Fox. It was the highest rated game ever for a Sunday afternoon game in the opening week of the season. And this was the Packers and Eagles.

Just think what happens this Sunday night when the Colts and Giants play on NBC and it is Peyton Manning going up against little brother Eli. NBC did very well on their two games on Thursday and Sunday night this past week. The Thursday night game between the Vikings and Saints on NBC had 27.5 million viewers. That is the most ever for a Thursday night opener.  NBC got 25.3 million views for Sunday night’s game between Dallas and Washington and that was the most-watched Sunday night game ever.  It didn’t hurt that 11 of the 16 games in Week 1 were decided by seven points or less.

Fantasy Football Helps – There is also no denying that fantasy football is huge around the country and at the sports betting site.  Fans are watching the games and cheering for their players.  When average fans are now watching a game between St. Louis and Arizona to see if Steven Jackson scores or a game between Cleveland and Tampa Bay to follow their players you know the interest is high.

Top Two Shows of the Week – NBC’s Thursday night game was the top rated show of the week and the Sunday night game was second.  The two pregame shows were third and fourth. It just shows that the NFL rules network television.
