Week 3 CFL online sports betting odds are on the board with two home favorites and two road favorites. CFL offshore sports betting action for Week 3 begins on Wednesday with Calgary at Toronto and concludes on Saturday as Edmonton visits Saskatchewan.
Online sports betting odds list Calgary as a six point favorite on Wednesday against Toronto with a total of 48.5. The Argonauts broke into the win column last week as they defeated Winnipeg. They could have a tough time making it two straight against an unbeaten Calgary squad. The Stampeders were fortunate to get by Hamilton last week 23-22. Henry Burris turned the ball over twice last week for Calgary but he did throw two TD passes. He is definitely better than Toronto’s quarterback Cleo Lemon although Lemon did lead the Argos to a win last week. Calgary won both meetings between the teams last year and has won five straight overall in the series.
There are two games on Friday in the CFL with Winnipeg at Hamilton and Montreal at British Columbia. The Tiger Cats are 3-point favorites against Winnipeg while Montreal is a five-point favorite at BC. The Tiger Cats are 0-2 on the season but they are still the favorites at home against Winnipeg. Hamilton quarterback Kevin Glenn threw for 356 yards and a score last week. Winnipeg quarterback Buck Pierce threw for 366 yards last week but it was still not enough to get past Toronto. Winnipeg and Hamilton met in the season opener and Winnipeg won easily. In the other game on Friday, Montreal is at BC. The Lions were routed last week by Saskatchewan and quarterback Casey Printers was injured. He should be back for this one. Montreal got the win last week over Edmonton as Anthony Cavillo threw two second half TDs.
The game on Sunday in online sports betting has Saskatchewan as a 7-point favorite at home against Edmonton. The Roughriders are the highest scoring team in the league and they should put up more points in this Sunday matchup. It could be a high scoring game since Edmonton features quarterback Ricky Ray. Last season the Eskimos won two of the three games between the two teams but lost the last one in September.
