On the whole, the ACC Tournament remains the gold standard for college basketball postseason events. Although the venues revolve these days, the tournament has plenty of tradition. Previously, the ACC Tournament was primarily held in Greensboro, North Carolina. But with conference realignment, the venues are now rotated. One thing that has not changed much is the top ACC teams. Namely, North Carolina, Duke, and Virginia are the top College Basketball lines favorites. But Syracuse, Clemson, Pitt, and Wake Forest might disturb the order. Also, NC State and Florida State have upset potential.
