Sportsbook – Patriots Favored and it’s Not Close

Sportsbook – Patriots Favored and it’s Not Close.  The New England Patriots are playing better than any team in the NFL and they are now big favorites at the sportsbook to win the Super Bowl.  The Patriots are now listed at about 2-1 at the sports book to win the Super Bowl and those odds are well clear of any other team.

Patriots Dismantling Teams
The Patriots have been extremely dominant in the last two weeks as they destroyed the New York Jets and then humiliated the Chicago Bears.  The Patriots were a contender to win the Super Bowl at Sbg global but after the last two weeks they are now the overwhelming favorite.  New England’s offense has been great all season and now the defense is playing well.  In their current five-game winning streak the Patriots have been superb.  Let’s look at the current streak.

39-26 over Pittsburgh – The Patriots shocked the Steelers by scoring almost 40 points in a cover against the odds at the sports book.

31-28 over Indianapolis – The Patriots got a tough win against the Colts and that really got them going.

45-24 over Detroit – The Patriots rolled over the Lions in a game that was much close than the final score indicates.

45-3 over N.Y. Jets – The Monday night slaughter of the Jets put the Patriots on everyone’s radar as a Super bowl contender at the sportsbook.

36-7 over Chicago – The Patriots went into Chicago on a horrible weather day and completely took the life out of the Bears.

When you look at those five games you will see that the Patriots have outscored opponents by a combined 196-88. In the last 10 quarters they have outscored teams 116-17.

Brady and Belichick
The Patriots have the best quarterback-coach combination in the league with Tom Brady and Bill Belichick.  The two know how to win Super Bowls and it is looking like the Patriots are on a mission again. Brady was 27 of 40 for 369 yards against the Bears in the worst weather of the season.

Upcoming Schedule
The Patriots have already clinched a playoff spot and they are well on their way to having home field advantage throughout the playoffs.  And you probably already know that Brady never loses at home. New England hosts Green Bay this week and if Aaron Rodgers is out for the Packers that will be an easy win.  They then go to Buffalo and finish up at home against Miami.  Can you say 14-2?
