The Huskies in their last outing beat the Beavers of Oregon State 69-27 as RB Sankey ran for three touchdowns on 179 yards as he tied a school record for rushing TD’s at 34. Their RB’s Cooper and Washington jointly compiled 307 yards and 4 touchdowns, two apiece as the Huskies also set a single game yardage record with 530 yards rushing.
The Beavers QB Mannion passed for 229 yards and a TD, but was intercepted on three separate occasions and their loss ended a three game consecutive winning streak. In this game the Beavers tried to play catch up as all their 27 points were scored in the 4th Quarter!
