November 8th, 2019 Tennis Betting

For the fans that Bet on Tennis this coming week we have the Jewel of the Mediterranean in the game of Tennis with the Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters and the matches are played on clay courts at the Country Club of Monte Carlo. This is a very popular tournament with both the participants and the fans.

If you are player at SBG Sportsbook you know that a sure ATP favorite is Novak Djokovic who this past month he had wins in Master Tournaments winning in Miami and at Indian Wells, as he scored his 28th Master Title with the win at the Miami Open as he beat K, Nishikori 6-3 and 6-3. Looking at his records and statistics he is still an awesome tennis player.

At this Rolex Master he can continue increasing his record with a win, and take into consideration that he is the defending title holder of this event, winning 2 times in the ultimate 3 seasons. So, yes it will be difficult for opponents to keep him from winning a 3rd title here at Monte Carlo.

The next favorite is Roger Federer who missed the Miami Open and Indian Wells due to a knee injury, but apparently has recuperated and is expected to be in top form for this MC Masters. This season to date his match record is with 8 wins and 2 losses. Those 2 losses came to Djokovic in the Australian Open finals and to Raonic in the Brisbane Open Final.

When Federer wins his 1st set he is 8-0 this season, and when he lost his first set he lost 2 matches, thus it’s important for him to win the first set. Fans, wonder if he is at his best for this tournament, or is using in preparation of the upcoming French Open?

Then there is Rafael Nadal known as the King of the Clay Courts and he enters this Rolex Masters in Monte Carlo, and the location where he recorded 8 consecutive titles from the 2005 to the 2012 seasons. Yes, he love to play on clay courts, and that’s where he plays best with a 92% victory margin on the clay courts.

His amazing record of 53 wins and 4 losses and Monte Carlo is almost unbelievable. Against Federer he has had three final wins, and two over Djokovic, and happens to be the only player in this Open era to win some 8 titles in this same tournament at MC. Thus, this Masters at Monte Carlo may be a perfect time for Nadal to overcome and win this Rolex Masters.

Now we have Milos Raonic whom is not a favorite, but considered a sleeper who could win it all, as he presently is a positive contender in the ATP Tour this season with a 17-3 record. That includes 1 Title as he beat Federer in the Brisbane Open, but one must remember that he has not played well on the clay courts recording a 39-26 record on clay. But many fans think this year he may step up his clay court performances.

Last but not least is Nick Krygios considered to be a long shot to win, but yet he is a young golfer climbing the ladder in 2016 with a 14 wins and 4 losses record, including a title at the Open 13 in Providence. His wins have been against top players in Berdych and Raonic.  This may be his game to shine, or one to prepare for the Clay Court season.

The prediction for this 2016 Rolex Masters at Monte Carlo will see Nadal prove he is King of the Clay, as he wins this clay court tournament and his 1st win of 2016.
