Djokovic and US Open at SBG Global

Djokovic and US Open at SBG Global. The world of men’s tennis betting has been squarely locked on Roger Federer and Rapha Nadal for the past few months. With fans clambering to bet on tennis Grand Slam finals featuring the magnetic duo, there has been little room for the spotlight for other top ranked tennis betting players.  But that is perhaps the way that world tennis betting number three Novak Djokovic prefers it as he prepares to win his Grand Slam tennis betting title of the year at the US Open.

For anyone that has bet on tennis throughout the season Djokovic has been a bit of an enigma. He started off the year on fire, poised to become the next great player in tennis betting. He took the Aussie Open by storm defeating both the top ranked player in tennis betting and the second ranked player in tennis betting to hoist his first career Grand Slam title. He seemed to be in perfect position to challenge for the number one ranking in tennis betting, and at the very least over take Rapha Nadal in the tennis betting standings.

But his glory was short-lived as he has won just one tournament since then, and not even a major tournament at that. He has played a limited schedule and expect for a strong showing at the French Open tennis betting where he lost to champ Nadal in the semis, his impact on the bet on tennis world has been un-remarkable up this point. Many tennis betting fans have even been severely disappointed with the Serb’s play up to this point.

But Djokovic could catch fire at just the right time and end the Grand Slam tennis betting season with a bang and a pair of Slam titles. With Federer faulting and the bet on tennis media squarely focused on Nadal the potential for the Spaniard to choke are tremendous.  Djokovic on the other hand is the tennis betting dark horse and has no pressure whatsoever. The Serb generally plays very well in New York and lost in the tennis betting finals last year to eventual champ Federer.

And so, despite having a disappointing summer in the bet on tennis circuit, Djokovic now looks poised to make a big run in the US Open tennis betting and could even upstage new world number one to be, Nadal.
