Tennis betting will be extremely exciting and competitive as the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals get underway in late November. Those that bet on tennis will see the world’s top eight singles players competing to win the 2009 ATP World Tour title. Tennis betting on this even will have each of the top eight players playing three round-robin matches to decide which four players advance to the semi-finals. Many that bet on tennis will be looking at Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal to meet in the finals but others have a chance in this tennis betting event including Andy Murray and Andy Roddick. Also in the mix in tennis betting are Novak Djokovic and Juan Martin Del Potro.
This is a huge tennis betting event since there is a $5 million dollar prize pool and the winner gets to finish the season as the #1 player. Each of the players will play a minimum of three tennis betting matches. The four players that survive will play in the semifinals and then the two winners will meet in the tennis final.
Nadal is definitely a threat to win in tennis . “I am very happy to have officially qualified for the ATP World Tour Finals. To qualify for the event in London is great as it was one of my goals of the season and clearly something important that shows that this season has already been a great success for me.” Nadal said.
Murray is another player that will try and take down Federer in tennis betting. “The event has a great history and means so much to the top players – it’s great to think the race to the No.1 ranking spot and the title of ATP World Tour Champion could come down to the wire in London.”
This betting event used to be known as the Tennis Masters Cup but was renamed this year to the ATP World Tour Finals. It will be held at the O2 in London.
Tennis gives those that bet on tennis a couple of different options for this tournament. Gamblers can bet on tennis and choose a player to win the entire event or they can choose to take players on a match by match basis in tennis . There should be some great tennis action on this tournament since only the top players in the world are competing.
