Three Tourneys in Men’s Tennis Betting this Week

April 7th, 2021 Tennis Betting

Tennis betting on the men’s side has three tournaments this week with a number of top players on the board. The odds have great action in the ATP ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament, the ATP Brazil Open and the ATP SAP Open.  Here is a look at the top seeds for each of these three tournaments and a quick look at the one tournament on the women’s side this week.

Tennis has many of the top players in the world in these tournaments and they are spread out pretty equally.  The AMRO World Tennis Tournament is led by top-seeded Novak Djokovic.  He is the favorite in tennis odds with Nikolay Davydenko right there in tennis betting as the second seed.  Third-seeded Gael Monfils is the fourth seed while Tommy Robredo is seeded fifth.  Mikhail Youzhny is the sixth seed while Ivan Ljubicic is the seventh seed.  This is a deep tournament with a number of contenders in tennis.

The Brasil Open has Juan Carlos Ferrero as the top seed. He is the favorite in tennis and is followed by second-seeded Albert Montanes. Thomaz Bellucci is the third seed; Igor Andreev is fourth while Victor Hanescu is seeded fifth.

The SAP Open has a strong field led by top-seeded Andy Roddick.  Fernando Vedasco is the second seed while Radek Stepanek is seeded third.
Tommy Haas should be a popular fourth seed in tennis betting while Tomas Berdych is fifth.  Phillipp Kohlschreiber is the sixth seed while Sam Querrey is seeded 7th.

Each of these three tournaments in tennis odds begins on Monday, February 8th and concludes on Sunday, February 14th.

Tennis betting on the women’s side has one tournament this week as the WTA OPED GDF SUEZ gets underway. Elena Dementieva is the top seed and the tennis odds favorite for this tournament.  Flavia Pennetta is the second seed in this tourney.  Yanina Wickmayer is seeded third while
Francesca Schiavone is seeded fourth.

Tennis betting gives gamblers a couple of different options for the tournaments. The choices begin with betting on a player to win the overall tournament and continue with the matchups that pit one player against another.  The matchups with some of these tournaments may not be on the board until the quarterfinals when the action gets more competitive but it just depends upon the talent in the tournament.
