Cerrone vs. Lawler is no more at the 213th UFC betting event, but on the upside that allows other fights such as Werdum vs. Overeem and others to receive a slightly bigger share of the spotlight.

Vai Cavalo bounced back from his UFC Heavyweight Championship loss to Stipe Miocic with a unanimous decision win over Travis Browne at UFC 203 on September 10, 2016 in Cleveland. The Brazilian plans to focus on a specific part of the Reem’s anatomy. “We know Overeem doesn’t have that good of a chin now, so I’ll focus on it,” Werdum told Combate. “Sometimes you’ll throw a kick or a punch and wherever it lands, that’s it. So I’ll really focus on his chin, now. I know he’ll go down.” Werdum beat Overeem beat Overeem by submission at a 2006 Pride FC event.

Anthony Pettis vs. Jim Miller UFC betting preview
Weight class: Light
Odds for fans who bet on UFC: TBD
Showtime has lost four of his last five bouts, including a TKO loss to Max Holloway at UFC 206 on December 10, 2016. To add insult to injury, Pettis missed weight so what was originally going to be an interim UFC Featherweight Championship match became just a regular match. So nothing really changed, actually. But something did change back; namely, Pettis returned to lightweight – where he is a one-time divisional champion.
Miller had a three-fight winning streak snapped by Dustin Poirier, to whom he lost by majority decision at UFC 208 on February 11th in Brooklyn. Pettis specifically requested to fight Miller, possibly because, as Miller told FloCombat, “he obviously thinks he can beat me.” However, Miller didn’t take exception to that. “I love it. That’s what I want,” he said. “I want guys to be gunning for me and wanting to fight me.”
Travis Browne vs. Aleksei Oleinik UFC betting preview
Weight class: Heavy
Odds for fans who bet on UFC: TBD
Hapa is reeling from a three-fight skid, racking up back-to-back losses to Cain Velasquez, Werdum, and Derrick Lewis. According to the LA Daily News, Browne was “more anxious proposing to Ronda Rousey than fighting in UFC.” and it shows.
The Boa Constrictor saw an 11-fight winning streak come to an end against Daniel Omielańczuk at UFC Fight Night: McDonald vs. Lineker a little under a year ago, and took it out on Viktor Pešta – making him tap out to the dreaded Ezekiel choke (invented by the eponymous prophet during the siege of Jerusalem). Oleinik became the first UFC fighter to successfully pull off that hold inside the octagon.
