UFC betting as part of the Ultimate Fighter 10 Finale in Las Vegas includes a bout between John “Doomsday” Howard and Dennis “Superman” Hallman. Howard is the UFC rookie while Hallman is the UFC veteran. It is an interesting fight to consider for those that bet on UFC.
UFC betting on Saturday features the bout between Matt Hamill and Jon Jones but this bout between Howard and Hallman should be entertaining. Howard comes into the fight with a 12-4 record and 2-0 in UFC betting while Hallman is 41-12-3 and 1-3 in UFC betting. The last time Hallman was involved in UFC betting was at UFC 55 when he lost to Jorge Rivera. He has gone 7-1 in fights since then but none in the UFC.
Howard is excited to be fighting someone who has the reputation of Hallman. Howard is expected to have the speed edge. Most of the time when Howard wins it is by submission John Howard. That is also the case for Hallman who has seen 32 of his 41 wins come by submission. The edge on the ground goes to Hallman in this UFC betting contest but the striking edge goes to Howard. That does not mean that Howard can’t wrestle as has excellent talent on the ground. Howard could be on his way in UFC betting if he gets past Hallman.
One of the most highly anticipated fights for those that bet on UFC with this event on Saturday is the bout between Kimbo Slice and Houston Alexander. Maybe Kimbo can stay on his feet for more than a few seconds and prove he belongs in UFC betting action. Spike TV is televising this bout in UFC betting along with the feature between Hamill and Jones. Also set to be televised is the bout between Matt Veach and Frankie Edgar. Also on TV will be the Ultimate Fighter Heavyweight final for those that bet on UFC as Roy Nelson faces Brendan Schaub.
The UFC betting preliminary card includes the Howard vs. Hallman bout as well as Joe Brammer against Mark Bocek and Brian Stann vs. Rodney Wallace. The Ultimate Fighter bouts on the undercard for those that bet on UFC have Marcus Jones facing Matt Mitrione, Jon Madsen vs. Justin Wren and Darrill Schoonover vs. James McSweeney.
It should be an excellent night of UFC betting on Saturday from the Palms Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
