The upcoming UFC 114 odds need no hyping. Ever since the lineup of for the upcoming UFC 114 betting was announced MMA wagering fans have been scurrying to find just the right betting line for may be the most anticipated UFC Main Event of the year.
Everybody and their uncle want to see who the headlines bout between former light heavyweight title holders Quinton Jackson and Rashad Evans. But that’s just one fight in the upcoming UFC 114 odds action and there are plenty other of good fights that may not have received all the hype of the Main Event but are just as compelling in terms of quality MMA betting and should not be missed.
One of those fights is the other light heavy fight on the main card featuring Brazilian wildcat Antonio Rogerio Noguiera vs Jason Brilz. Despite lacking all the hype of some of the other UFC 114 odds contests this might just turn out to be the UFC betting event of the night.
Noguiera (18-3), despite being 33 years old is a relative novice to the UFC betting action. This will be just his second fight in the UFC betting ranks but what an impact he made in his previous UFC wagering events. He TKO’s Luiz Arthur Cane with his fists in what turned out to be a highly impressive first win. He’s hoping for the same type of result against his American opponent in the UFC 114 betting event. Noguiera is an accomplished boxer and martial artist and is equally adept on his feet throwing blows or on the mat administering submission moves.
His opponent, American Jason Brilz (18-2-1), is also a relative novice when it comes to UFC betting Main Events. The UFC 114 betting event will be just his third such MMA betting engagement. He is a one-dimensional fighter –a wrestler- and will be looking to keep this fight on the mat. He cannot match blows with the Brazilian and is not favored in the UFC 114 odds. But he’s an extremely tough opponent and will not go down easily.
Noguiera is the better fighter and that should come out in the Octagon, but this could very a very interesting UFC betting matchup.
